Hey, I’m Radhika!
Radhika Sen, Founder of Rad Labs Consulting
Looking forward to working with you! As a marketing leader for the past 15 years, I have helped both startups and corporate companies with their growth strategies from conception to execution, giving special focus to customers and digital innovation.
Here’s a little bit more about myself, both professionally and personally, to get us acquainted:
📱 Most recently, I was Chief Marketing Officer at Livly, the all-in-one app for apartment management, smart access, and resident experiences.
🏥 Prior to consulting, I was the Vice President, Head of Marketing of Nomad Health, a first-to-market healthcare jobs marketplace. I helped Nomad grow its user base 10,000%, from 500 to over 50,000 clinicians, in just a little over 12 months. Together our team raised a successful Series B funding round of $12MM in 2018.
💳 Before that, I was the Director of Enterprise Digital Strategy at American Express in New York, helping to drive digital adoption and act as Chief of Staff for a 350+ person team. I learned the bread and butter of marketing excellence at Amex, where I worked in 5+ cross-channel marketing and acquisition roles from 2009 - 2015.
🎓 I graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Concentrations in Marketing and Management.
✈️ After getting married in 2018, my husband and I spent the first year of marriage traveling. Since then, we’ve been lucky enough to become parents to two kids, whom we now love traveling with.
